We accept payments for Web Design in two installments. After our free initial 30-minute consultation, we agree on a work plan and draft a contract. Once the contract is signed, the first payment is due. The first payment is 50% of the total charge. After we work our magic for you and the website is completed, we'll ask for final payment before your site goes live. All payments are non-refundable. Aisle25 is proud to offer reliable hosting services for design clients. Hosting services are $6.95/month and are payable bi-annually for $41.70 or annually at a discount of $75. We offer great hosting services, like free statistical reports and 50 email accounts. See more info here. We're happy to set up a domain for our hosted clients. Domains (the "www._____.com" part) are $19/year! We ask all hosted clients to pay their domain upfront for two years, and the same low rate applies for every annual renewal! We'll take care of registering your domain, and we'll remind you when it's time to renew. Any graphics or illustrations we render for you become your sole property after final payment is made! That means we send you the files, and you can use them to do anything you'd like (put them on a billboard! place an ad in your local paper!). See more info here. We do ask a few things of you, but none of them are difficult! We ask you to get back to us in a timely manner. We ask you to provide us with great content for your website. We ask you to provide us with photographs of your products or other images. If we're making a shopping cart for you, you'll have to do a few things, like purchase an SSL certificate.
